in every rule there's always an exception. that is a rule. now, suppose we identify an exception to that rule. this would lead to a truly exceptional rule. one rule that is absolutely true without any exceptions. going back, this exceptional rule contradicts the first rule. that is, that in every rule there must always be an exception.
mala-bill gates daw o? hehe sana yumayan din ako ng ganun, mas ayos!

i had some visitors today…some friends from the office came by for a gathering at my new place.
then we went dinner to nearby whampoa area. it's just very near my place, like two blocks away yet i haven't been there until now! good thing calvin knows the place! and basically everything is here! there's cinema, a lot of shops, fast foods, groceries, fruitstands, and even wet market! i didn't know it was that convenient living here! nice.
and i changed the main picture…'think the causeway bay circle path is inappropriate now…though busy causeway bay nights can be missing at times…
it's the digital cow now. i'm not certain why they have these cows here. but from what i heard, this area, hung hom, used to be the pasture areas of hong kong. probably that's why…
saw these series of cows along the corner where i lived. probably there will come a time in the future that even cows will become extinct.
okay, i got quite some attention from my previous entry. many, of course, said i should calm down. rereading my hate post now, i definitely sounded ecstatically frenzied. but given i'm suppose to write the hate post just now, i'll still write it exactly the way i wrote it.
happy?
i never get to have any training other than the loma courses i could take. well, i understand that. the fact that i'm in hong kong and trainings are happening in manila. no questions asked.
but then, my loma enrolment applications were denied! reason? budget.
budget?!? loma courses are solely my chance! they had me bonded for Ps 200,000 .00 (which is over anyway). the last formal trainings i had were like 3 years ago! very basic apc cobol training, plus some other brief in-house trainings. that if you would ask me, the cost would not suffice, or even get close to 200K.
and now they are depriving me loma courses because of budget? this is unfathomably unacceptable. this how you work in a superficially-good, well-founded, rationally equitable environment.
futile. simply dumb.
i kept my word into staying for atleast 2 years. i just hope they adhered to theirs as well.

yesterday, i had to go to central in the morning before heading to work to have my visa extended. i guess these were the last few days of hong kong being chilly…
the not-so-tall ifc now 'cause only less than half of it visible…
waiting for the ferry… not really sharp pics as i only used a camera phone…
today is a saturday, which means! it's over sleep day!!
i'm living in hung hom now.
i ask you, how do you pronounce these words hung hom? the first time i saw it, i read it directly as what it's suppose to look like. phonetically. 'u' in hung read as u, and 'o' in hom like an 'o'. so, hung hom.
i guess i read it that way because you read kung in kung fu as kung. not kang or kong, but kung. and fu, as fu. i believe that's how english-represented chinese words work. read it as how it is written, no vowel sounds substitution. like mah jong, or sio pao, or sio mai, or ma ling. hehe
but then, i was wrong! it's suppose to be read like hang hom! not sure why this hung breaked the rule!
anyways, these are pictures of what i can see from my window. both from my old place causeway bay, and now hang hom.
'guess i went on to the boring side of the town? nah, i like it here! it's peaceful and quiet!
